You realize that WR is dying because they keep releasing stuff that is blatantly overpowered in the Live server and it just gets worse and worse?

And obviously Orkan won't be Meta if there are SMALL balance tweaks, they nerfed it pretty hard and its not even good in Silver anymore

The old meta was not as diverse as this, I don't think you need the top top stuff do do well but it certainly helps

The older meta was just dominated by very few setups

#

It may have been more "balanced" or technical than it is now in terms of how you're supposed to play but that's only because you've compared it to now

#

Orkans and tarans did heavy damage for the type of robots that used to exist back then so would you enjoy robots that can't dodge rockets at all
