imo, yes, phase shifting is such a strong effect + being able to blind is very good

#

but, as always, we'll have to wait for the nerfed version to be live in order to know for real

Nether is still great pretty formidable on the battle field in the test server! just watch out for crisis reaper its unbelievably overpowered

Angler is still great with the latest nerf, you can mitigate the speed and shield nerf with pilot skills
