#60FPS Support For All Devices
1 messages · Page 1 of 1 (latest)
I want a more optimize economic system with less lags.
Most Apple iOS devices are optimised , but there are so many Android devices by so many manufacturers that is unlikely that it will ever happen for many never mind all
Yep exactly even some devices which are powerful enough don't end up getting optimised
I'm glad there are intellectual and respectable people like you in the community unlike Iris.
I'd appreciate that. More people should get the chance to enjoy 60FPS (including myself) on our high-end smartphones
"It needs to be optimised and they need to test support"
..., no you don't, all you're doing is producing more frames
"Your device will overheat"
No, it'll get hotter, and it already warns you about that in-game. If your device is getting too hot for your liking, swap back to 30FPS, and/or turn on battery saver, and/or put your phone down, and/or leave it to charge
"Some devices don't have the performance"
Then they can just not select 60FPS, and instead stick to 30FPS where they can get more consistent framerates
"It'll create bugs"
... how will it?
And the icing on the cake, what about all of the other mobile games that support 60FPS, some games that are no longer in develpment and are years, years old (and sometimes created by a singular person)
Leaving this here and saying no more, so you can stop acting like you're some intellectually superior person (which is undoubtedly cringy to read). Thank you but no thank you
Going to chase it up privately instead of bothering with a thread as clearly it's too much for some users. Was hoping a thread could generate wider knowledge, but unfortunately not
Firstly I never said I am intellectually superior
Secondly you showed your self as intellectually inferior by not giving the arguments you gave above earlier and instead creating an unproductive post. I must say it was wrong of me to insult you and for that I sincerely apologise but the thread would have been more useful if you could've cooperated.
Now replying to your arguments
Yes the device is just spitting out more frames but there are instances where the device may not output the frames properly giving black screens or crashes but I am not that informed on this matter
I will agree if the device overheats you can just select a lighter option but if they optimise the device it can reduce overheating
Now some devices don't have the performance then they can stick to 30 fps which is true
Now I can't really explain how it will create bugs but if the hardware and software aren't working together properly there will be issues.
Lastly some games which aren't as intensive as war robots can work fine even if not properly optimised. Some older games may not even work on newer devices even though said device could run the game at 1000 fps. For example Grand Theft Auto San Andreas a game which works perfectly fine on 30 fps, has bugs and glitches when ran at higher frames.
Also you stated that some games which are created by a singular person support 60 fps. This depends on the development team and how they have coded the game.
Okay, so all you've said is "I don't know" basically. Sums it up
