Light: Non
Around 5000 base damage.

Medium: Null
Around 7000

Unless you make the phase exile last for a very short time, it could just break the entire rythm of the game :/ (also wdym by "phase exile ennemy while in stealth", is it if you are yourself in stealth or if the ennemy is?)

I shorten the range to make it harder to exploit by other bots.

any reload on the weapon as well? how much ammo does it have before reloading if it has a reload? what kind of weapon is it (explosive, kinetic, etc), etc... consider a lot of these types of questions for when you design new stuff

plus, how much time does the phase exile effect get applied for? How much slowdown does it apply with it? how long before the phase exile can be re-applied?

then introduce the weapon as a concept - focus on the unique idea you want to bring in the weapon instead of the functionality of the weapon itself.
