Tbh, if you are in experts you should be relatively free of crisis/reapers. It's just a guessing game: will people spend a lot on reapers or not? Imo i would not invest into seraph until the update rolls out

I wouldn’t level it up past Mk1 level 9, let alone level 7 for now. But I don’t see why not play it now. Learn how to pilot it. You may have to use it next month for an event task.
Btw, in experts you can pretty much use any robot in it. I think yesterday one expert had two or three Spectres. I think they might’ve been a returning player from long ago. Earlier in the week a player had three Rogotkas.
