In general there's no perfect hangar, bcz there are no constants in WR. But from your list a best 5
Imugi, Angler, Nether, Typhon. For the last slot Mars/Behemoth/See Seraph, whatever suits you better depending on game modes
Imugi : Lasers, Sonics, Rusts. 2xRA and 1NA. Pilot Monique
Angler: Rust, Sonics, BSGs. Pilot Everet. 2xRA, 1NA
Nether: Claws, Spears, Blights. Pilot Everett, modules AC, NA, LS
Typhon: Versatile with many builds and range. Hazards, Pulsars, Mace, Lasers, Jaws. Pilot River Chase, modules NA, LS, RA or BU or Fortifier.
Mars: Fainters, Pulsars, Jaw, Razdors. Modules NA, LS, Fortifier/RA/NA/BU. Pilot Captain Hook or Vampire Lady.
Behemoth: Hwanje, Prisma. Pilot Andrey, modules 2xRA, NA. Or with 2xIA.
Seraph: Decay, Talon, Redeemer. Pilot Victoria B, modules AC, NA, RA.
About drones, Kestrel is the clear favourite. But only available in Gold special delivery chest, and to have 5 and max them...beyond exorbitant expensive. Aside from that Paralysis, Beak, Armadillo. Beak suits Imugi and Seraph or Angler, Behemoth I'd say paralysis or Daltokki. Nether with armadillo, Typhon and Mars paralysis. In general tho those drones in general are good and wouldn't be bad on any of those bots.

Paralysis on a Hwanje Behemoth is death if they catch you slacking in the open with no last stand. With Kestrel even worse.

That's a solid hangar as is. If you do want to change depends on what the specifics are. Meta at the moment has shifted to mobility and stealth. Not so much for tanks especially so there's that
