I think you can manage 48.333mil silver for just a Typhon with weapons that are better, do the exact same thing, and cost WAY less to upgrade. Your setup costs 48.25 mil to make. Also consider how it will take 78+ days with a fully unlocked workshop, and it would be 2.3 times faster to just make the Typhon.

Avenger deals 50% more damage than tempest. As for the range, most maps don't allow you to take advantage of it.
