How are you still in masters with this hangar
U could try swapping ur least favorite bot with mars
Optimizing your modules, pilots and drones is what you need...
Your current lineup is basically perfect apart from the Typhon likely being better with Fainters, Hazards, Havocs or Maces than with Razdors (but even that is up to taste)
How can I send a screenshot of my hangar onto here
Is there a way to check that?
You've sent like 8 messages on this server
It'll take you a while xD
You should be using the Behemoth's legendary pilot on Behemoth, River Chase or Adrian Chong on Typhon (Adrian if you want to brawl with shotguns and run the Ghost pilot skill to become the fast), Bernadette on Fenrir and Victoria on Seraph. Not actually sure about the optimal Khepri pilot so I'll ping someone more knowledgeable for help with that.
@wide breach oi please help
idk who's best to put on Khepri
Oh so it’s only 2000 msg on question and advice channel rather the entire server?
Well I’ve definitely have sent way more than 8 messages
According to Discord you've sent exactly 9 messages on this server including this one^
Beats me.
Consult a Peacekeeper
Ok, wouldn’t mars outperform typhon?
They perform different roles
Although you can use Typhon for basically anything
If you want to snipe you can run Wasps on Typhon with River Chase. If you want to play it at mid to long-range while still holding your own at closer ranges, you run Fainters or Hazards, also with River Chase. If you want to play it at close range, Havocs, Maces and Igniters are all viable choices. You can run either River for burst damage or Adrian Chong with Ghost to sacrifice your ability in exchange for extreme speed.
Mars is good offensively and defensively and can use many of the same weapons as Fenrir can, but Mars trades utility in the form of the CC Typhon has for the mobility and flexibility its ability offers.
(CC is crowd control - lockdown, suppression etc. are all CC effects.)
Gotcha, I’ve also noticed ppl still using harpy/siren hmgs, do I need to start getting into that or what
I use Ponchy with the on-freeze immune chips on my beak
insane damage
These are my current drones and chips fenrir nebula cr 2x orudef, mild dmg abs, seraph paralysis suppressor 2x orudmg mild dmg abs, typhon beak 2x orudmg orudef mild dmg abs, behemoth beak 2x orudmg on dmg dealt mild dmg abs, khepri nebula cr 2x orudef mild dmg abs
Why do you love wasps so much 😔
Probably just bc it’s a common mk2 offer
Is there a need for me to buy it or am I good with my hangar?
Ur good
You have a champs hangar
Is mine similar to urs?
Yeah I have fenrir seraph behemoth
I’m swapping out the behemoth soon though
With what?
Ravana
Why the switch?
Behemoth has a hard time surviving
Big ish target with no special abilities to reduce damage
Typhon is the only bot that can viably run them
You need the pilot, then
With the pilot and a repair amp, Behemoth is disgustingly survivable
They counter shields via Yang Lee, their pilot - he lets them shoot through energy, aegis and absorber shields. Not a necessity though.
nope
Beats me, then
If it doesn't work for you it doesn't work for you, right?
It's probably a positioning issue or smth but it doesn't really matter at the end of the day, does it?
there are definitely better options though
Depends on what your goal is. Wasps hurt like hell and have 600m range, and they have more damage per reload than Hazards or Fainters, so if you want to play peek-a-boom, Wasps aren't a bad option by any means.
no it just generally is very fragile
How?
Fenrir's only ability is to reduce damage via defence
And having an absurd amount of HP to multiply using that defence ofc
- roughly like 24k for DOT
so the dmg per burst for fainter and wasp is similar
Behemoth's pilot does the same thing - multiplying HP using defence
but fainters have a significantly shorter reload
Is that the damage per reload? That wiki has some odd terminology.
yep, fenrir gets much more than behemoth
yeah
for a full clip
Yeah, but Fenrir has the equivalent of 2.5 heavy weapons of firepower and Behemoth has 4
It's not meant to be taking as many hits
For what it is, Behemoth is absurdly tanky
btw don't forget that the Wasp isn't likely to get nerfed, while the Fainter is definitely going to be after X many months
afaik, the Fainter's a bit too strong after all
the defense points it gets dont make it tanky
