I think that traditionalist gives 62.9%ish while Bernadette gives 60%

Bernadette with Traditionalist has more HP, but it also loses access to tank mode, which means losing a substantial portion of your firepower and all your defence points.

The EHP is much lower and the firepower goes from above average to virtually non-existent.

Traditionalist is the only skill you can't take, so you still get Tough Guy and Armour Expert

How much HP is a T4 Traditionalist?

The defence points from tank mode apply to the HP you have after Bernadette's bonus, Tough Guy and Armour Expert have already been applied, effectively multiplying those by 1.5

Traditionalist doesn't multiply your total health pool by 1.5

Just your base health by 1.629 or whatever

T-Falcon is good (or was good, idk if it still is) because the defence points are active when the skill isn't active.

So your base HP gets multiplied by Traditionalist, Tough Guy and Armour Expert and then the final HP total after all those skills have been applied is multiplied by 1.6 by the defence points Falcon has when its ability isn't active.
