Pretty sure it is an Internet issue. Sometimes I don't receive offers while connecting to vpn. No idea how to solve this issue. Try uninstall and reinstall. Save your account first.

I have 5G Internet
Mine is 5G and can go up to 80MB/s. This doesn't mean you can connect to the pixonic's servers very well because they're most likely located very far from where you live, or even in foreign land as in my case. Use a vpn may solve your problem.
