To decide which bot is better, it depend on other factors like the way we decide its power or how much it related to skill

A tier list is where people put what they think are the best things at the top in S rank or whatever, and then rank everything else in descending order of superiority down through A>B>C>D>F

I pointed this out before, but even bots that many people would probably put in lower tiers would still be great

So the tier list wouldn't give you any useful information

And thus there's no point in making one

Fenrir, Typhon and Ravana aren't in S tier so the list is flawed from the start

Harpy and Siren should go down to A
