Open the content browser and simply drag the .fbx into an empty space. Then the import options window should pop up where you get to choose collision, LODs, materials, normals...
Best to import the model and textures separatedly. Importing textures is a similar workflow. Remember to convert the normal map into normal map type texture so that the enging nows how to read it
