Your seed gain is through the harvesting process (if the seed is a farmable component).

After stopping the T3 bleed, you should be able to complete it like a normal surgery.

Anything that is high in demand is worth massing.

I'd recommend going for something which is about that of a consumable type- the supply goes out after consumption, resulting in a good, stable demand in the market and a supply which keeps dropping in the market.

Fossil Brushes have that trait and because they " run out " the consumers would return for more products after consumption.
Pocket lighters could also be considered as a possible choice. Their demand will increase during Thanksgiving Week, as they are required to cook the Dead Thanksgiving Turkeys.

If you have a low budget, you could opt for masses like Ancient Stone Gates, Portcullis, Purple Blocks or Magic Bacon Wallpapers- these products can be further pathed to other items and has good demand in the massing sector.
