You could do that, but in the end you will be paying more for them, so it mostly offsets with the profits from seed gain (basically your seed profits is used to get workers)

Another alternative would be to get a room in BBREAK or FREEXP during the peak hours. They're cheap ( 1-2 World Locks per hour) and during peak hours, there'll be alot of players breaking the blocks for you.
