Massing with just 8WLs might be a little hard. I would recommend getting more budget by making and selling dirt farms. You should also get a geiger counter if you have not gotten one.

You could still mass portcullis, but you have to refarm the farmable components alot of times.

Cave Background + Dirt = Door
Windows ( farmable component ) + Door = Dungeon Door ( not a farmable component )
Dungeon Door ( not a farmable component )+ Death Spikes ( farmable component ) = Portcullis ( final product )

*You should only cycle through an unfarmable component once. *
For farmable components, you should cycle through them more than once, as it will reduce future step seed loss (considering the next step is a non farmable component)

You can put 2wls into windows and 6 wls into death spikes, then farm windows and death spikes as much as possible (5 cycles, 10 cycles, even a hundred cycles, up to you.)

I seriously suggest getting more WLs first though.
