My take, Surgical Clamps are generally great as a way to save WLs, but they are not mandatory to use. They are just a substitute version of Surgical Stitches to stop bleeding at a slower pace, but cannot close up incisions. As Surgical Stitches are really expensive, you may want to opt for Surgical Clamps if, and only if, the bleed is managable without complications from the start (i.e T1 (orange colour)/T2 bleed(yellow colour))... Also you need to have an open incision to use, which makes it quite risky.

Hm, it means that network address is also blocked.

Error connecting is a request block on your network address.

If your WIFI is dynamic, you can restart it to get a new network address; if it's still blocked, retry again till you get an address that is not blocked.

If it's static, you can contact support to get them to manually remove the block on your network address. They will get you to provide your network address via email.

If you are on mobile data, it is mostly always dynamic, and toggling Airplane Mode on and off would grant you a new address; repeat until you get an address that is not blocked.
