steampunk is a really unique theme if you wanna go with it

the aggregate concrete is a really good texture block for the terrain, just don't spam it.

The storage itself, I have quite a few blocks to suggest if you really wanna decorate. try using:
for low budget main block
-red bricks, barn, ancient block
mid to high budget main blocks
-manor sandstone, cobblestone, mossy cobblestone

and some general texture blocks (these are usually affordable)
Stone wall, marble block, granite block, sidewalk, street sidewalk, super crate box, mission block

wallpapers (depends if you want the storage to appear like buildings)
Hospital wall, air duct, sandstone wall, manor sandstone wall, castle stone bg might be some choices you wanna consider

decor - copper plumbing, air conditionditioner
also if you can do steampunk machines, that'd be really cool to add too (idk how to use this stuff)

if you want something else, you might wanna look into space related weathers like nebula, stargazing, warp speed (not sure with the prices on these but it's related to the name)
