My Advice is to not spent it yet. If you want F eyes, there's a better alternative called Cosmic Force, It does not shoot laser, but gives you Speedy and High Jump. And it cost you around 50+ DLS.

Collect to 200 and only then you spend it.
My advice is these 2:

• Digger Spade = So you can sell Clear-World Service. Most sell it for 40-50WLs per World. Heck, I've seen one for 75 and ppl still interested.
• Golden Pickaxe = Aesthetic, Like Normal Pickaxe, it can break block faster, and it's one of the step of completing Epic Quest.

For Massive Trauma, You wouldn't want to spend 4 stitches just to stop bleeding, you could easily stop the bleed by use sponge > transfusion > sponge > anesthetic > sponge > scalpel > sponge > stitches

In total, you only spent 4 stit on massive, 3 stit on serious. For Hemophiliac, it is wise to stop bleeding using stitches first, so you spent extra 1 stit
