Im having a problem where when i open GT theres that green mailbox on the left of my screen where the bidding and all other features are that shows me that i have a message or notification, thats when i opened it and found like a welcome letter from the game as a welcome to harvestfest and all. At the end of the letter and the introduction of harvest fest it had a little message in green and some gifts related to harvest fest down below which i could claim, thats when i tried over a hundred times to claim and still nothing is showing in my inventory worst thing is that it expires in 6 days. I even have a screen record to prove that it isint working for me.
