It is profitable if you buy your packs at buyer prices and your seeds are priced at market rates (simply put, its profitable)

It's a huge hassle to restock compared to other shop types, a good estimate for you would be 10k packs = ~55minutes, that is subject to no lag environment, not stopping to restock due to max seeds etc.

If you have never ran a store before, I suggest going against SSP and trying out lightweight ones first, such as surgical tool vend store.

Usually, people restock in batches of ten thousands, so 10k, 50k or 100k, you name it.

Below are some additional resource, which I feel may answer some of your questions without them popping up:
How much is required to open a small seed pack store?

• 149 Vending Machines are required for an SSP store ( ~670 )
• Cost of design varies with type of blocks used, no definite answer.
• Cost of 10k SSP Packs = ~6 ( at least 10k Packs are recommended )

At the bare minimum, about 13 is required to open a small seed pack store.

How many seeds of each can I expect if I open 10k packs?

Based on the theory that 1 pack gives 4 common seeds and 1 rare seed, in 10,000 packs, one will get 50,000 seeds in total, with 40,000 of them being common seeds and 10,000 of them being rare seeds. A rare seed is one that is above rarity 13.
40,000 / 87 = 459.7 common seeds each
10,000 / 62 = 161.29 rare seeds each

But I was told that the info I gave did not meet the criteria for verification, and that they are unable to help unless I gain access to that damn yahoo account.

To start SSP, 50 dls is very tight for it since you need I think a little less than 200 vends (I know number is around 150+ but forgot how much SSP seeds there are). Usually you just pack and restock and sell, that's how easy SSP really is tbh. RSP is very expensive and you need to spend a ton to get a little back. SSP/RSP needs constant restocking (RSP less often) in order to make some WLs-DLs.

Assuming stitches to be 200/145 & average price of each surgery to be about the price of 3 stitches (3*145)/200 = 2.175 WLs,

Angel Of Mercy Wings : 2.175*2000=4350WLs
4350WLs+~70WLs= 4420WLs ( to account for vicious malady surgery )
Blingin set price: 1700WLs
Another 3000 surgeries with Angel of Mercy's : 3000*2.175 ≈ 6525WLs

Keep in mind that all of these are estimates, could go above or below these numbers yep but should give you a general idea of how much it costs

If you have nothing to your name, maybe you could start with grinding up some WLs and leveling up your Surgeon role along the way. Surgeon role level 6 is a great milestone to reach, as you get pricey role drops back while performing surgery.
