It is fine within that budget but you're just going to be spending a lot of time harvesting and collecting, a cycle takes 30 minutes so it's quite a pain if you're just getting 15WLs, basically 0.5WL a minute with half focus, but if you are okay then stick with it

It definitely is a good break compared to constantly massing too, game feels iffy after a while

Marble Block is a great farmable yep. Used to mass Pillars commonly too.

If you're looking for WLs and Gems, High Tech Blocks may be a better consideration

You can break other blocks too, there are level restrictions on blocks in place though: #🧙game-advice message.

Higher rarity blocks usually offers more gems when broken (if its determined internally to be a gem drop). Maybe look at your level first and decide from there, though I would assume you don't have budget to carry on forward too.
