By what you say above, you only have 23k gems yes? You only afford a beach blast bingo pack in summerfest, which is a long wait ( at least a week ), very inefficient but if its okay with you sure.

Other options I would suggest are Silkworms and Tournament Tickets, Tournament Tickets can be sold for 8WLs to 10WLs each which does give better gem to wl rates than conventional choices.
