Is your surgery panel disappearing? If so, this is caused by you accidentally wrenching other wrenchable items during surgery ( when the panel is refreshing ).

I suggest toggling back to Punch on your hotbar right when the surgery starts and the panel refreshes to avoid this.

All of these are with average values so they are just for reference; would grant even more if you have DCS equipped; ~52 extra blocks, ~1040 extra blocks total for 20 farms
