By far the best (and most repetitive) advice for returning/new players is to:

1. Finish the starter quests
2. Go to buybfg and find a free BFG to farm and get gems at
3. Wait for events and use those gems (for maximum profit, but you don't really need to since gems have pretty high returns nowadays regardless)

This'll earn you good starting wealth and levels, but it is NOT effective in the long run. You'll have to learn how to trade, buy low sell high, farm, and other profit methods down the line

Farmables usually never turn into a loss. Peppers, laser grids, and chandelierrs are your best friend. If you buy chandeliers always buy in LARGE BULKS, small amounts lead to seed loss for some reason. If you are serious about farming maybe buy a tractor if you're feeling lazy to punch and a dreamcatcher staff for extra trees. Red ances is now pretty cheap so you can get it for bonus gems.

You missed the big rush for calendars, so saving for valentines event items in the gem store is probably better right now. Laser grid is cheap and has good gem rates as well so dont worry about chandeliers too much

Peppers have absurdly good seed rates, decent gems and can be recycled for ~1k gems per stack

You can just sell the roots if you want, but if you also do other bountiful roots you can make the helmet/leggings and sell it in a vend for a few wls

The only reason this is more effective than, say, you buying low and selling high is because profiting at that level requires a lot of patience.

In the current economy, there's unfortunately not a lot you can do with 50 world locks. You can try massing some items (Check Ihemo's #Profit-methods chat) but this will usually require time as well.

The Doctor's Blingin' set will be consumed if you have met the requirements to obtain the Angel of Mercy's Wings, which is to have at least 2,000 surgeries done. The surgery must be performed on a Vicious Malady patient in order to be consumed, otherwise, the Doctor's Blingin' set won't be consumed

You get up to 18 harvests per silkworm, I suggest you make Purple/Yellow/Green/Black coloured bolts; each harvest grants an average of 5.5 silk threads- maximum grant is 10 silk threads.

Do allocate some into food, don't put all into Silkworms and starve them lol.

For Black coloured bolts, you can consider using Gruel instead when the Silkworm changes to black colour- this is to save more WLs on food

Cooking is profitable depending on what you cook, and the ingredients you get them at.

Of course, it's much easier if you have access to Skill Spice or Growlectables, I'm nearly at max chef role and can say it is decent when it comes to profit, but not really good for me since it requires so much focus and timing that makes multicooking tough.

Mutant Kitchen's great too, cook some poop pies, then up its quality with dmess

As for what to cook, well there's really a variety you can choose from, but I suggest doing calculations beforehand to ensure that you're profiting. Let's say Chips and Guacamole, one of the ingredients required for cooking those magnifico carne guacamole which pops up in chef role quests:

Corn Meal - 8
Habanero Pepper - 10
Avocado - 2
(and the rest, less than 1 )

You can then resell it for >25 each, about a clean profit of 4++ per meal if you find cheap ingredients

Its really easy to cook 5 of them, they're suitable with multicooking too, as Flour does not experience change in quality.

Put 5 flour in 5 different ovens; I suggest low heat for this (if you need a cooking setup, you can use the public ones at WESTGATE), then start a timer and throw the eggs into them in a set order, then throw in milk at 26s and blueberry at 40s and punch at 60s in the same exact order you threw the eggs in. (these are all with the assumption of low heat)

If you have issues with multicooking, cook them one by one instead

Calculation for an average dirt farm : 2700 - ((2 * 27 - 3) + 4)
(2 * 27 - 3) is accounting for the gap between each row at the extreme ends & the -3 is accounting for the space taken to block the white door with entrances & the grid the white door takes up
+4 is accounting for the row at the very bottom (bedrock row). Since (2 * 27 - 3) also subtracted away the 2 grids from the bedrock row, it has to be added back as they also count as plantation area

A wolf whistle is 15 wls while a clash ticket is 200. The worst prize you can get in wolf world is worthless, and the best is 35-40 dls (You can get Snow leopard tail in winterfest (25 dls!)). In clash, the worst prize you can get is 3 wls and the best is 2-3 bgls.

The reward system is similar to most other "gacha" in the game, so which one is "better" is for you to decide

That's a tough question because a world is only worth what people are willing to pay for it. For the name alone, you'd have to advertise and take offers. Personally, I think the highest it can go for is around 80 ish dls.
