Read the wiki page on ancestral upgrades. The Ancient Altars are personal panels so there's no chance of getting scammed from using a public altar. The rest of the procedure is just clicking upgrade and done ( of course, item is required in your inventory, please read wiki page on this )

I would recommend decks such as

• Lockdown

• Cancid

• Bugcid (sheepers variant or any of your preferences)

• Spam TLB + flex BURST

• Spam Burst

• Spam Bunny + flex

• Spam Ice Mud + flex BURST

• Spam dgore/owl pollen + flex BURST

• (and many more variants)

Your budget stated is way too high for this, you could also go with really cheap no-crispr decks, such as spam hpants x2 (this cost around 30 - 50wls each)

What you should avoid would be decks that requires you to wait out till past-boredom mark (i.e boredom decks)

If you are going for pet battle DC however, it is best to use snowman deck (any variant works as long as its sufficient to do the job) (this is out of your budget range)

Your initial seed count is way too low, which makes you stand at the tip of gaining or losing seeds. This applies to any farmables, not just Sugar Canes.

Recommended starting initial seed amount is 600 ( for guaranteed seed gain ).

If you'd like a more indepth explanation: seed gain is actually experienced mainly from the harvesting phase ( though sometimes also from the breaking phase, from breaking extra blocks that drop from breaking blocks ). With a lower initial starting seed amount, your overall seed gain is as good as none. With about a full farm, some can expect 150 - 200 seeds to be gained from harvesting alone. If you match that with your current amount, assuming worse case scenario:
(300*150)/2645 = 17.01 seeds, which then again puts you at the tip of gaining and losing.

You may want to consider getting a WL worth of Laser Grids (blocks, don't get their seeds), break and sell the seeds and repeat. It returns you gem profits only. This is an alternative to BFGing (with more security over your loot).
A few things worth taking note of:

• You shouldn't plant the seeds with just a WL worth of them. It's not wise to wait days for them to grow.
• You shouldn't break them in a 1 by 2 format unlike BFGs

Yeah, pretty much lol. I'd rather just spend a few wls than dls...I calculated how many xtreme lvl 1 boxes I'd need total for my storage world and it came up to 280 dls...aka 2 bgl and 80 dls. I AM WAYYYY too poor for that lol. Thanks for the help!
