If you want passive, provider farms have always been the best for that.

Imagine how many you would need to make 18dls per day. 4.5x35000 tackle + 4.5x13000 atm.

I used to run BFG's too some 4 years ago. Coming back now 2023 - BFG's seem dead. Not many people interested in breaking. So you cant get your crops broken.
Now I sold my mags and switched to providers.

You can skip the cooldown by using Legal Briefs, but since you're new on doing surgeries I wouldn't personally recommend it since it's a bit expensive

The rarity of the block will affect the chi influence of the block. If you place a rarity-less block, you can expect no changes at all; if there's too much of a particular chi and you're placing more of it, the texts would remain the same.

I believe I read this somewhere above, you mentioned you deal with a lot of providers. Silkworm is a special provider and does have limits as to how many could be placed in a world & Ancestral Orb of Time would not work on it.

They are harvestable from day 2 onwards, drops ~5.0-5.5 threads daily per harvest. Optimally, you could get 18 harvests.

In that case, OP could also hold the COTD baits for when such days do occur- rather than waiting for production, I still suggest going into it as soon as possible if they are already considering it, as the entire Silkworm process is a lengthy one

You used scalpel more than what was necessary, if the message says " you stabbed the patient in a vital organ! ".

That means you've already completed what was necessary. Also, for broken arm, it's usually splint and stitch. No need to Anesthetic the patient and Scalpel ( its a waste of tools ).

Here's the thing: you don't. You can only predict when an item would rise if you are holding it in a long time period, but then that'd be considered investing.

You can however, exploit some key methods, such as time difference, yes, peak and off peak hours do exist in Growtopia, as well as observing the item price trend to make a decision on whether to trade profit with that item or not.

Anyways, if you are a good trader, you can make profits even when the price trends are showing a clear sign of a price drop over the past few days. You just need to be very well versed with negotiating; being able to negotiate below the usual selling price and equilibrium price, as well as exploiting any signs of desperation in the seller would always be good

Though, if you're still bent on the factor of accessibility, you can always create a farm for yourself. Get a thermo blast and ~700 Wooden Platform seeds and make the Wooden Platform farm yourself. The cost that way would be just about 21WLs.

1. Tackle farms are good investments for long-term ONLY. This is due to the fact from personal experience but I will be as objective as possible giving you as much information as I can if you are deciding to buy one. Tackles typically go for the price of 1/3.8 to 3.9ish when placed and it depends on how much you buy, the more full that you want the farm the higher the rate and vice versa. You would typically want to get shrimps & the Flashy baits since those demands are higher. And it can usually take up to 1 hour to harvest 5k but if you have UTs they can decrease to 25-30 mins per farm. This most profitable seasons for Tackle farm owners are usually Halloween and Winterfest.

2. You can make Fuel Packs/Mysterious Chemicals or wait for events like WinterFest to mix the chemicals. You should always keep your Red/Green/Blue even though it is not worth a lot because every once in a while someone might buy them or you can just choose to recycle them for 1 Chemical/1 Gem. Overall, these are both good investments but they just need good commitment.

I might go with the tackle route (one farm only) more often since it takes two days for tackles to be ready (mainly for winterfest) but i will also try to do chemical harvest as well.

My only issue is that how exactly can I calculate the price for a tackle farm? As ex. if I multiply 5150 x 3.8/3.9 then I get 19,570/20,085 wls. Does that mean that a full tackle farm costs 1.95 BLG to 2 BGL (2 BGL 85 WLs)?

You could try out silkworms or lazy massing. I don't really recommend lazy massing unless you can find cheap seeds ( of course, calculation is required ). Fruit drop boosters are also recommended, so get a service if you don't own them already. What to lazy mass? That's up to the cheap seeds you can find tbh, I really can't say much on this. What I can say is that lazy massing usually is done on a pretty high tier mass product, for example, rubber duckies or toxic waste barrels.

For Silkworms, try to make the coloured bolts of Green, Yellow or Purple, the usual COTD bait colours. They are always in demand. If calculations would help : 5.5 threads daily, you can start harvesting from day 2 onwards, optimally you can get 18 harvests on each silkworm.

I think the auctions are quite fun, was just worried that growtopia officials won't like it, and don't want to get punished by mods for attending if it turns out its not okay. Thats why i was asking around a bit
