You can check it by looking at The Doctor achievement. The achievement requires a total of 1k surgeries to complete, so every 1% of it is equals to 10 surgeries. Another way to check how many surgeries you have done is by curing a person with a vicious malady with blingin set equipped.

To be absolutely frank with you, no. It really isn't, unless you're harvesting high regenerative time providers, such as Awkward Friendly Unicorns. Even so, if it's just on Level 1, it is just as good as selling the Ancestral Artifact. You're better off using it on some other more effective and useful profit projects.
I mean, there's definitely a good use for it (for low regenerative time providers) if you are a die-hard Growtopia fan that will harvest the providers the second they are ready. You'll definitely be able to clock more harvests in the long run but seriously you'll tire out.

You can either open summer surprises/fireworks/super fireworks/beach blasts/those phoenix artifact chests and hope for the best (risky), or buy the summer pack and sell the items included (guaranteed profit, great value for your gems). Alternatively, you can even sell dropped gems outright as their rate skyrockets during the event (sadly this requires a growscan, and a magplant/gaia setup)

(That makes back the wls you spent on the ingredients and more for profit)
You should mass items that people need constant supply of and are in demand. so items such as Science Station (Military Radio, Toxic Waste Barrels), SSU, Ghost Jar (Amphora), Surg-E, Magic Bacon Wallpaper, Fossil Brush, Display Block/Box/Shelf, Paint Bucket etc would be great masses
For a Guide on how to do the masses, I recommend you check out the Splicing tool from Growtopia Tech, or if you're set on doing it in game, I can also recommend the worlds MASS or MASSHELP.

I think I'll leave the decision up to you, as it's been a bit since I last did a mass so I don't know what's right currently. However, here are some tips on finding the right choice yourself.
To check whether a mass is good you should visit the item's BUY+ world. See if you'd have Competition or Buyers. If there aren't enough Buyers or there is too much Competition (or both), the mass is a NO-GO
Tip: Don't do any masses that were recommended by Big Growtopia YouTubers in their recent videos. This is because those videos create massive competition owed to the fact that many others will be jumping on the profit method as well.
Following old mass guides/guides from smaller channels on YouTube is fine

5 lett is the standard for basic world since a lot of them have still not been found. However, readability plays in some factor for pricing so in case your world has a really good name, it might bump up the price a little. I asked someone on BUYCLEAR how much they're buying worlds for and they said up to 10-20 based on how readable the name is
