I tried gemonade + trawler + trod. 4 attempts, 20.6k gems on average. Maybe I'm not good enough at fishing or too laggy
1 wl spent on trawler, 11 wls on gemonade, 1 wl on baits (200 salmon or shiny). 13 wls in total.
if I sell some stuff from the store at gemrate 1000/wl that'll make 7.5 wls of profit
if I sell stuff at gemrate 500/wl then it's a different story, but there will be no gem-heavy events until july
I could squeeze some more profit by grinding fishing role and maybe try catching aquamarine stone/naval mine. Also there are some 4-5 brainworm vile vials per session which could be sold for 1 wl. Maybe I should try cooking gemonades by myself so I would spend less on ingredients.
But overall - 7-9 wls in 30 minutes, meh, as good as digging dirt farms with dspade

Off event wise it may seem pretty inefficient, but for gem heavy events this is very very good- and yeah pretty good preparation for Summerfest I'd say, or even possible to get a good gem rate from other events such as Easter in the first few hours of the event's occurrence, but you're way better off stalling till Summerfest.

Grinding fishing roles would be the best option- your profits from this would be further boosted.

Maybe I should try cooking gemonades by myself so I would spend less on ingredients.

There isn’t really a point in having that many unless you’re actually selling DTA service since the radiation effect and the Geiger recharge are both around the same cooldown time. By the time ur radiation is done your Geiger should already be recharged if kept equipped in your hand item slot.

The theory to profit behind this is that you get blocks for 200 / , break and sell the seeds for 25 / , you should be able to expect ~50 seeds per every 200 blocks, so this method doubles your ! It requires a lot of work though.
The aforementioned method can also work with gem profitable farmables such as Laser Grids and Pepper Trees. Instead of earning directly, you'd be earning them as Gems.
