If you prefer active profit methods, go for

The only drop rate documented so far is on the Well Of Love feature;

I highly recommend purchasing GBCs or Well of Love during the event and then selling them ( depending on which gives better gem to wl ratio ). Best done during the first few hours of the event!

Not really worth breaking it for a chance at a rare item; you aren't guaranteed a rare drop even though you can claim SGBCs after a certain amount has been broken. It just isn't worth relying on the factor of randomness for profit.

Trade Profiting also works with your budget, but not really efficient. You can flip items in BUYBUNNY/BUYBOW/BUYRAINBOW/BUYNECK, by following the theory of 'buy low, sell high'. If you've a bit more budget, you could also go with trade profiting with Ancestral Artifacts. Do be advised that trading has its risks, and you may lose out when trade profiting. It is always good practice to check and observe the price of the item for a few hours to even days before committing.

Root farming / normal (or traditional) farming are also great! It works as a stable profit method, and your profit comes from, of course, farming.

Ghost hunting is also a great profit method, where your profit scales based on how proficient you are at it. With 4 , you'll be dealing with a lot more jars, so it may get a little tiring. You might want to split a portion of it for other profit methods rather than put it all into one in this case.

You can also pick up passive profit methods such as opening a mini vend store, making and selling ready farms. Do be advised that passive profit methods do not generate much compared to normal profit methods & they take quite a while before profits are seen as they're "lazy profit methods".

For a Purple Block mass :
Red Block Seed [ 50 - 70 / ] - 8 to get 400 seeds

Break the Dungeon Doors ONCE ONLY, as they are unfarmable and will result in seed loss if you refarm them. Following this, farm the Death Spikes till you reach the same amount of seeds as your Dungeon Door seeds. Splice them together, harvest the portcullis trees when they are ready, and break them ONCE ONLY for seeds, then sell the seeds.

All you genuinely need is just to harvest the science station farm regularly. Provider time reducers are not necessary. You could also get TMs to collect the drops but then again, you could use the TMs to get another farm for more profits instead.

High popularity farmable blocks are way cheaper than seeds, get them if you're planning to get into farming them. You should also be profiting drops wise, based on the number of blocks you are getting(by the theory that seeds drops from breaking blocks at an estimated ratio of 1 : 4).

You can try to state a price or state none at all, and just wait for them to offer you. You can do this the other way round as well- act as a buyer if you're selling an item. This works most of the time, and is recommended if you are looking into the price and demand at that point in time.

Take note, the price may fluctuate in a short span of even minutes, due to the influx of supply OR demand.
Peak pricing fluctuates based on changing circumstances—such as increase in demand at a certain time, the type of customers being targeted, or evolving market conditions[influx of players etc.].
Peak period in Growtopia is basically the time frame where most players are active. With the influx of players due to the peak period, you can increase your selling price based on such circumstances. Items with high demand will also be easily sold during the peak hour. However, this could also bring in more sellers of the item you’re trying to sell, and an over flow of supply at a certain point in time could bring the average price of the item down. This could also work for Off-Peak hours, as the item has low supply during off-peak hours, it is possible to sell it for a higher price due to higher demand at a certain point in time.

Another method is to directly go to the trade world itself and compare prices. Comparing prices can save you some as well as increase your overall profit (or vice versa in terms of selling)

Sledding Penguin is completely useless as a farming tool. In fact, it makes maneuvering around the world much harder and does not amount to anything at all. Sledding Penguin takes up the same slot as a tractor or a chicken plow, and thus, is practically useless in the farming world.

For investing, just place them into event-limited items and/or are required in quests. It'll rise as time passes, due to it either being unobtainable (only obtainable during the event's period) or its supply depleting as they're used for quests.

For trade profiting, it's a matter of how you observe the market trends and such. There's no guaranteed profit to both of them, but the payouts for both of these are pretty high, and that's why they are meta profit methods for high budget players.

Off-meta but still a good pick would be providers and running vend stores. Both of these are considered passive profit methods, and your profits are obtained from harvesting said providers regularly.

Mainly depends on what you're massing. If you are massing a high tier product (i.e Spirit Storage Unit), it is highly recommended to have seed loss reduction items & / fruit drop boosting items (such as the ones you've mentioned). If you are massing a low to mid tier product (i.e Portcullis), they're not required but good to have to boost profits.

Just to be clear, it is only recommended to harvest trees with fuel packs equipped along with a harvester if the price of the farmable seeds are costlier than the price of fuel packs. Otherwise, you'd be making a loss.
What this basically means is that, if the price of Fuel Pack is more than that of the price of the tree's seed you are harvesting, it is worth to harvest them with Harvesters + Fuel Packs.

I tried to speed run before to test how hard it is for a newbie and the way I did it was

1. Get lava seed go to a toko world to get a starter pack
2. Find a free bfg and just farm
3. Sell gems
4. (IMPORTANT PART) you can choose 2 paths here before going to step 5 its either buy blocks sell seeds and sell gems OR continue to bfg until you get ATLEAST 80-85WLS
5. Buy a ghost hunting set (worth 4-5) and 200 jar 200/73-76wls
6. Go catch ghost until you get 200 ghost in a jar
   6.1 sell jar and seeds
   6.2 repeat the process til you get like a decent amount of wls to make a dirt farm and plant lgrid/pepper
   6.3 and sell that farm
   6.4 repeat the process til you are a bigtime rn

Calculation for an average dirt farm : 2700 - ((2 * 27 - 3) + 4)
(2 * 27 - 3) is accounting for the gap between each row at the extreme ends & the -3 is accounting for the space taken to block the white door with entrances & the grid the white door takes up
+4 is accounting for the row at the very bottom (bedrock row). Since (2 * 27 - 3) also subtracted away the 2 grids from the bedrock row, it has to be added back as they also count as plantation area

Roles :

Role Quests are basically similar to a mastery level system on a particular role. Growtopia offers Builder, Farmer, Fishing, Surgery, Startopia and Chef roles. By completing role quests, you gain EXP for that particular Role which you have completed.

You also get Growtokens for the first role quest completed for each role day, based on the specific role day.

Every Monday, the default role day will be JoaT day, which means that you can select and complete any role quest during that day and complete it for a Growtoken. As for the other days, the Growtoken will only be up for grabs if you have completed the specific role quest for its role day.

This concerns the Seasonal Clash event. Every year, there'll be 3 seasons under a particular Series, and each season will contain 4 seasonal clashes. The leaderboard rewards are claimable with the seasonal tokens, by unlocking the boxes with the seasonal tokens required. An average dirt farm can hold 2645; if entrances are added at the sides of each row ( +2 grids per row to overall ), it'll bring the total up to 2698 seeds.

Calculation for an average dirt farm : 2700 - ((2 * 27 - 3) + 4)
(2 * 27 - 3) is accounting for the gap between each row at the extreme ends & the -3 is accounting for the space taken to block the white door with entrances & the grid the white door takes up
+4 is accounting for the row at the very bottom (bedrock row). Since (2 * 27 - 3) also subtracted away the 2 grids from the bedrock row, it has to be added back as they also count as plantation area

Set the TM to break blocks for you. The TM will consume gems at the rate of 1 gem per tick, and it ticks every 1.5 seconds. That's the only way to remove the Gems from the TM.

As for Root Farming, you'd need a soil farm, check the world FSKHY for an example; as well as a full farm of bountiful series seeds (preferably Bountiful Lattice Fences for gem profits)
