Here are the steps if you need them

Optional step: Door + Dirt = Crappy Sign (not a farmable component)
Crappy Sign(not a farmable component) + Brown Block (farmable component) = Toilet (not a farmable component)
Toilet (not a farmable component) + White Block (farmable component) = Bathtub (not a farmable component)

It is recommended to farm the farmable components as much as possible (around 5 or more cycles) before moving on to the next step.

Do not farm the unfarmable components as you will experience seed loss rather than seed gain.

If you really want an easy mass which just requires both the prepaths to be farmed over and over, go with Paint Buckets / Rainbow Blocks / Beehives instead.

If you are going to be lazy massing your way up, I suggest to just abort it since lazy massing will most of the time result in a deprofit.

You don't have to break the final product, you just have to harvest and sell them. They aren't farmable components either.

Some extra notes for you though :

Beehives can be broken with a TM or in free break worlds such as BBREAK/FREEXP

Breaking Beehives has a 1/10 chance to drop Honey.

Beehive seeds can be used to path on towards Corn, which can be ground into Corn Meal and sold for more profit.

You should do role quests as and whenever possible, as well as Daily Bonuses (the double trainer medal Daily Bonus is worth doing daily, you can basically get crispr (75 wls) at the cost of 50 wls over the course of 10 days with that life goal)

Holding a Geiger Counter with you is also recommended as well, no matter how low or high your budget is.

Any of the voyages which does not require teleporter chargers are the cheapest ones. There's also an activity called "no-tele farming" because of that, all the way up till glactus sector

A tesseract manipulator can be used to break bountiful blocks, as their gem drops are from the mature roots, not from breaking them. This pairs well with tesseract manipulator as the blocks broken by tesseract manipulator does not drop gems as well.

It is however, listed as a passive profit method due to the process taking quite some time in order to complete.

The theory behind ghost hunting profiting is that you catch ghosts with ghost jars and resell the ghost jar seeds as well as the ghost in jars. Your main profit this way comes from the GIJs. (Profit also scales with how proficient you are at ghost hunting.)

One may also choose to bulk buy and replant Ghost Jar seeds, then harvest with DCS and Harvesters + Fuel Packs. This is considered a passive profit and may not generate much profit. (High budget required for this as well.)
