Doesn't matter how popular your world is, doesn't matter how many rocks you have in it (as long as you have at least 1...), doesn't matter how old or new it is, doesn't matter the rating, doesn't matter what you have built in it, doesn't even matter how you have it locked (or IF you have it locked). EVERY WORLD is equally likely, provided it's currently loaded. Fossils aren't going to come fast. They are rare.

Peak period in Growtopia is basically the time frame where most players are active. With the influx of players due to the peak period, you can increase your selling price based on such circumstances. Items with high demand will also be easily sold during the peak hour. However, this could also bring in more sellers of the item you’re trying to sell, and an over flow of supply at a certain point in time could bring the average price of the item down. This could also work for Off-Peak hours, as the item has low supply during off-peak hours, it is possible to sell it for a higher price due to higher demand at a certain point in time.

Since Steel Blocks are farmable components, you can farm them.

I recommend referring to the farmability guide whenever necessary. https://growtopia.fandom.com/wiki/Farmability_Guide

Do note that the farmability of a component is mainly dependent on the harvesting phase. A farmable component will drop more than 4 fruits max, compared to an unfarmable component where fruits are capped at 4 max per tree without any fruit drop boosters. It is also dependent as seeds are more likely to drop when harvesting a farmable component compared to an unfarmable component.

In other cases, the farmability of the component may also be decided on rarity. However, that does not really mean much since the said block is Steel Block

My suggestion- Remove all of the roulettes, dices to stop casinos. They are the main reason why this game is getting bad and simply not fun, with all of the casinos the growtopia's currency by the time is getting lower and less valuable, that's why all of the items are getting more expensive. We have came to the point where no one really cares about a single world lock anymore, it's not like it used to be. (If you'r wondering what the casinos has to do with all of the inflation)- It is because of the casinos, people are getting more and more world locks, which later one gets sold in the market for real currency- dollars, euro etc. And to those who simply doesn't get lucky and in the end loses all of their hard worked world locks, begin to accuse the game for being bad and not professional enough. The funny thing is that only a few people ends up with profit, but in the end they loses it as well, so to conclude my message I want to say, that only hosters of the casinos really make profit, and that simply is bad for the growtopia's economy and the game itself I hope this old problem of our dear and beloved game will be solved soon.

If that's all you have, I strongly suggest putting them into another profit method rather than for a DCS. A Dreamcatcher Staff is not a necessary farming tool everyone must get, and it only has a 2% proc chance. If I were you, I'd go for Ghost Hunting with those WLs and purchase the DCS at a later date. It is not recommended to place all your budget into an item which only provides a slight benefit to a farmer or a masser.

However, referring to the bulletin boards may be risky, since texts on the bulletin boards can be easily falsified. The best way of checking a price would be to act as a seller or a buyer in an open trade world.
