Pet Bonus is a life goal which gives you an extra medal for the first pet battle against a pet trainer for the growtopia day, and the life goal resets daily.

How the profit works basically is battling the pet trainer once daily (a whistle costs 5wls from Lock Bot) and then battling it for 2 medals. It is recommended to go for crisprs (or any of the rare pets, gotta check out their rates first). You will basically be using 10 whistles over the course of 10 days, for 20 medals (due to the daily bonus)

*This is considered a side/passive profit method

As for the various pets and their likes, visit the world "PETBATTLE" and refer to the bulletin boards there.

1. Performing surgery on them does not require tools

2. You can still get skill points if your surgeon skill is below 20

I'd say about 40wls each run, 40*40 = 1600wls

You can use sponge when the surging area is obscured, to prevent a fixed sponge prompt.

You should use Fix It as your last move (unless you are performing surgery on Brainworms patient), in order to save steps when there are incisions open on the patient.

You do not necessarily have to use an Antiseptic to disinfect the site, but it would be good to do so on tough surgeries (such as Brain Tumor).

Herniated Disc, starts the surgery off at 100.47 temp. You can use Antiseptics (and make sure the site is sanitized), and perform the surgery). You won't have to use antibiotics in this case as the temperature does not increase due to the site being sanitized(unless you skill fail somewhere which caused a delay in move/temp rise).

Mercy wings : 2000 surgeries. Note that you need to cure any vicious malady while wearing the full blingin set on the 2000th surgery.
Dr. title : 3000 surgeries while wearing mercy wings, surgeries without mercy wings DO NOT count.
Total cost : ~60-80dls

Additional tips :

1. Use tea or skill spice to reduce the chances of getting skill fails, it's more worth it than losing tools and failing the surgery. **tea and skill spices' effects DO NOT stack.
2. Try to get your role level to at least 6 since at surgery role level 6 there will be a chance to drop electrical power cubes (EPCs) this will help you save a ton of wls since they drop in batches of 5 and cost 6-7wls each.
3. Using a healing tome will shorten the malpractice period if you fail a surgery.
4. Using a nano nurse bot will reduce the chances of skill fail.
