It is very much hated because of the fact that it is somewhat reliant on rng. If you get a defibrillator prompt + skill fail, and the patient wakes up, you're pretty much screwed

If you are unsure of which role drop to go for, then look up on what the next seasonal clash requires in order to craft elegant tools. It may not always be a farmer role exclusive drop, but then again all of the role drops have demand so

The recipe for elegant cultivators requires carrot blocks so one with a high level farmer role could aim towards carrot blocks and hoard them, then sell them during the entirety of that clash in order to gain more profit for it
