Surprise! The servers are down again — not that the servers were that stable to begin with. We’d like to inform you that the game servers will be temporarily down for as long as we feel like it. So don't bother trying to log in.

We’re currently implementing a new login method to “prevent bots,” because obviously, the real problem with the game isn’t the lag or the economy — it’s you logging in too easily. Though let's be real, it’ll probably just make logging in even more frustrating for everyone else. Expect more captchas, more errors, and less actual gameplay.

We deeply apologize for any inconvenience this causes, but you’re probably used to it by now. Thanks for your endless patience, misplaced loyalty, and for not uninstalling (yet).

It's been 2 hours without Growtopia, I can’t stop shaking and I’m having severe mental breakdowns. I woke up today trying to log onto Growtopia but the servers were down, I had a major panic attack but managed to calm down after a few hours.
