@old quiver (i have slowmode so im replying here) For example winterfest back in the day was exciting because you had unique mechanics to grind for like the parkour or getting goblin to grind for with different mechanics. An event should feel fresh, exciting but the ones that ubisoft added feel mostly cash-grabby, or just new items/gacha without real new mechanic or anything unique to obtain them. I think devs should look into it from a player-perspective a bit more.

Hey so i wanted to recover my account by changing the password. However, i forgot my growID, so i made a growid recovery request to growtopia and i received an email containing my growID.

Then, the next step was to enter my email, the one to which i received the growID mail from UBISOFT, and enter my GrowID to proceed to changing my password of this account. However, when i entered the correct same exact growID and gmail, it didn't allow me, and instead gave me this error "Unable to locate an account that matches that info. Are you SURE that was the email and GrowID you made? It's not case sensitive."

How can an account that matches this information not exist, if you literally sent me an email containing my growID and i entered the same exact growid and email.
