If you believe a mod has unfairly banned a player however, that player has to contact support. This is a bit more complex to report since ban reasons are private between support and the player. At times it can seem like a player was banned for no reason but in most cases there are actual evidence that mods have access to which leads to the ban. It is possible to be banned for something you did several days ago that breaks the game rules. But misstakes do happen, then you contact support.
