It doesn't really affect the game play rather than it being annoying if you are taking some pictures while have the item equipped, it works on PC and Android (assuming it also works on IOS (havent tried))

The bug shows unknown sprite when you /dance and equip Merrow's tail. Check the video below for steps and how it looks like.
