Ercon is quite complicated and resolution may vary each player. As for me:

• Sometimes, it's fixable by changing from Wi-Fi to Cellular Data
• Sometimes, it only fix if I flush my DNS, release and renew the IP
• Sometimes, it fixed if I restart my Wi-Fi router
• Most of the time, if I did not play for a while, it resolve itself

The best way to deal with it just simply "WAIT". You can just play other game.
