So let's add "preparation week" in tournament (1st - 6th day of the month)

In the preparation week, you must punch a hole in your tourney ticket to enroll as participant in the tournament

On the preparation week, punch Mini peng to registrate your decks, up to 10 different decks (or 5 pair). You can only use those decks for the said tournament, and those 10 decks will be shown to everyone wrenching you in tournament. However, to spice it up you can hide 6 out of 10 deck (or 2 per 3 deck) so your opponent can't snipe you

When the tournament start, you can only enter a battle if you bring those registered decks. When you enter the world, they'll automatically disable your pet battle ball (you can't wear them) but a new tab option called "pet battle decks!"will be shown when you wrench someone or yourself, which will show you how many deck one have registered, while showing decks that isn't hidden

This could prevent sniping and increase depth to the tournament, forcing players to make their own unique pet battle decks- for adding surprise element
