If anyone is having issues with the Windows version of Growtopia, specifically when trying to launch the game, it doesn't open and shows in the task manager for a split second then I can help you.

The issue is basically that a single file is missing by the name of iapFallbacks.json

To fix the issue: download the steam version of the game and go to the install folder of the steam version and look for the interface folder. Once you found it copy it and put it in the Windows version's install folder, and click replace.
And you should be good to go
