My players are complaining that golems used to spawn and fall into their water traps, but now they aren't spawning anymore. I check it out and break the block ontop used to prevent the golems from spawning ontop and they spawn.

The issue is that before they were spawning and falling, and now they won't spawn at all with blocks ontop. If there's no block ontop they get stuck on top of the spawner.

Does anyone know how I can help a player that's locked in a Loading Terrain Screen?

They died during a raid, and have been stuck on that screen ever since.

They connect to the server, but are invisible from an outside perspective. The server doesn't spit out any errors, and the chunk isn't corrupted. I've tried killing them, changing their game mode, and teleporting them all to no avail.

I know I can just reset their player data, but this is happening enough that I want to just figure out how to fix this.
