server versions 1.8.9 doesn't exist only client. But regardless you don't necessarily need specifically java 8 to run those versions. Java 11 can run those versions just fine, you might need java 8 in terms of compiling though.

@unkempt fog i did something which makes me tp with /spawn to the hub but you can use both so if u do /spawn it sends you to the spawn and if u do /hub it also sends u to spawn and i have another plugin with lobby so yeah i sort of fixed it the only problem is if people do /hub and they tp to the spawn they might think why are they tpaing to a spawn and not the lobby/hub

Most hosts of Hungary absolutely sucks. Taking an example at clans.hu, their most expensive (or "powerful") plan is worse than the free MineHut server you can get. Any VPS hosts are also bad, since ome; they are very expensive, 2; they have a bad performance (RAM, CPU). So yes. I was thinking of getting an office with server computers instead. The reason I don't want to have hosts outside of Hungary is that my server is also Hungarian, and I would like to make my players have gold ping.

How the connection is related to it, is that it is more specifically a rendering problem. The client is trying to render the world but haven't got all the bits from the network to do so
