Hey, ive got a question about firewalls, doesnt have anything to do with spigot so lmk if im in the wrong place, but im hosting a server remotely from a friends virtual machine. The server itself launches fine, and I and all my friends can connect with no issues when I host from my own machine, but when I host off the VM running on my friends hardware, no amount of hardware fiddling will let me connect. The router is forwarded on the correct IP pointed at the VM, its running centOS and has had both the base firewall and iptables firewall disabled to try it, ive opened the correct ports to tcp and udp on both parts and still am getting timed out, any ideas?

Hey everyone, I'm running into a problem with commands. None work. Like even base MC commands just won't work. I'm very confused. There is no lag ongoing, no errors in console, I've rebooted many times and even tried reinstalling spigot. But if you run say /minecraft:ban (player) it just doesn't send the message. Like as if it just deleted itself from the chat instead of running the command. Any ideas? If it helps, we recently changed from one global MySQL user controlling all of our databases to individual users per plugin to help alleviate ram usage. This is when it started, after that switch.

I resolved this problem by entering worldgaurd config and changing "enable: true" to "enable: false" under build-permission-nodes:
