make it 2 for hub
and for survival 6 is enough ( dont go more than 10 since it will be no point not much change after the 10 gb )
so bungee 1 is enough if u want to make it 2 you can ( it make it faster but no point )
For the hub 1 is too low make it 2 for greater performance

I dont think its easy or even possible to make chance system for drops in datapack but it is possible in plugins
to decrease well you still need a plugin
