But for some reason I don't get a craftbukkit jar file in the BuildTools folder

Have a general question here: I have a set of armor thats very rare in a crate on my server, with prot 5 on each armor piece. Players are limited to winning each one once, as to keep them rare. My issue is that players are unable to combine or upgrade the diamond prot 5 as the resulting enchant becomes prot 4. I know there are plugins to increase the max caps of enchants, but the problem is that I dont want players to be able to create prot 5 from two prot 4, only to be able to take an existing prot 5 and have the resulting item keep the prot 5. Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this? Would I have to write a custom plugin for it?

I think I haven't had a Path for System32 folder in my system variables. I added a path with path to system32 folder and when I tested it using 'cmd' on cmd.exe It worked. Then I proceeded to command 'java -jar BuildTools.jar --compile craftbukkit' and It worked as well without any errors.

Hi everyone. I have some problems with my server and i don't know how to fix them. The first one is about the Villager Zombification. My server is a Hardcore world with Difficulty in Hard, but when a Zombie kills a Villager, the Villager dies and not turn into a Zombie Villager. The second problem i have is with the Raids. When i do a Raid, i instant win it. Sometimes it works, but the Raids is so bug to. It doesn't spawn Evokers, it spawns very few raiders and the raids ends so earlier. I saw a --forceUpgrade server argument but unsure where it is used.

Is it best I try and get my plugins updated through each major version to ensure configs/data is upgraded properly. So updating all plugins to their 1.13 version, then 1.14 version, then 1.15, etc.

Or is it best to just shoot for the stars with running 1.16.5 and 1.16 plugins with my old data/configs?
