Hi guys! Quick question, I'm trying to purchase a premium plugin and the paypal link does not work. Saying "Things don't appear to be working at the moment." So in Minecraft, there's a hostile mob limit.
And that mob limit is split between several players in a multiplayer server.
So if someone is afk and the another player is running around in a different area killing all mobs that spawn near him, eventually all the mobs will be around the afk player.
And so no more mobs will spawn around the active player.
This seems to be a huge problem on my server. All the mobs are gathered around afk players and so no new mobs spawn for the active players to kill.
I've looked all over for a plugin for this but couldn't find one and I'm sure I'm not the first person who has requested for a plugin to do this or even for it to be built into spigot.

A per-player mob cap. Mobs stop spawning in the area around a player once it has more than x number of hostile mobs.

And since I'm sure that you all are going to suggest other ways to do this like kicking afk players or banning afk pools or auto-despawning mobs every so often, I just want to say, that's not what I need. All of these end up causing different types of problems. I need a per-player mob cap.

I would really love it if this could be added into spigot in place of the per-server mob cap. (or maybe both)
