It's most likely a plugin that uses Holographic display as an core for their holo's.
Try disabling holograph and check if it is mentioned by a different plugin in the logs.

Just let the server boot-up, and open the latest log file that has not been zipped.
Open it with something like Notepad ++ or any editor that has support for it.

Updating a plugin (upload the new version through ftp to replace the old version and delete the current config file) while the server is running (for that plugin to be updated once the server restarts) should be safe right?
