Not sure why you need rcon access, as it can be unsecure, but you aren't giving us any data on what your actual problem is, make sure your ports are right, you have rcon enabled, etc

hey i just found out about spigot and i tried to download minecraft deathswap to put into my aternos server, but i am pretty sure i am downloading it wrong. When i press the download now button, it saves as a internet explorer download and it says open, save, or save as. its probably easier to just open a txt file and write a few lines and just save. then reload on skript, then create a new java project using gradle or maven inside of an ide, and build everything, take the jar and add it to your plugins. some things dont need to be put inside jars as their own plugin.
for whole dedicated projects ofc a real plugin is better
but for casual smaller things, theres not much reason to utilize a whole plugin, especially if its custom

My server is running 1.16.5 with 60-120 players, yesterday i had 20TPS full day (not a single drop to 19.99 etc) even with 120 players, but today there is like 60-80 players and my tps is going down crazy.. 8-10TPS i have limiters like (spawner limit10,hopper limit10 per island) i have set mobs in bukkit.yml to 35 instead 70 at default, i have optimalized spigot,paper,bukkit.yml also server propertives, server render distance is 4, here are timings : https://timings.aikar.co/?id=c0edaed30e104949bd7a8521063061d0
