To reiterate, the error has been "Internal Exception: io.netty.handler.codec.EncoderException: Packet too large: size 2111903 is over 8"
(the first number there varies). It occurs to everyone who tries to join, preventing them from getting in. This is occuring on the latest spigot version with no plugins or datapacks enabled.

After a restart the value 33554432 is converted in 3.3554432

Yes, after every restart it changes the value back to a decimal value. Which causes the error to come back in the console. Even if you turn off bungeecord server completely then adjust and then turn it back on.
If I lower the value to something like 4000, it doesn't change anymore and the bungee cord starts up without an error.

Hello, im looking for someone that can help me find the cause of high tick durations on my server, i have paper server 1.21.4, 61 plugins, the ones that make more disk entry i have them in mysql, all recommended and even lower configs on paper world defaults, spigot and bukkit, im using aikars flags and still my server cant hold more than 15/20 players online and starts overloading with some high tick durantions, i have a good host, cpu and memory usage never get to half. please it would really mean lot to me if someone that can understand spark profiler or have the knowledge to help me ๐ฆ

have you created a spark profile?
if the tick duration is already at 70ms rn, that is overloaded and a spark report would be great.
