There can be a few free ones but if youre being rather serious I would recommend getting them custom coded so you dont need 50 plugins

Your environmental path variable is probably set to java 11. So you might want to change that.
Alternatively, you can specify the full path to the java 17 executable and use that instead of the java alias.

I stopped using Windows quite a while ago, but IIRC, if you have the My Computer or This PC desktop icon, you can right click it, go to properties, then advanced, and there should be some button that mentions environmental variables.

The command is the same as normal, it's just the starting part that looks different.
The reason for this is that the java command is really just an alias that points to the program path.

usually there are mods like biome changes, mods that add items and stuff.. they require a forge server, because otherwise these items would cause a lot of issues
but minimaps should work on all servers
